Access to on-site healthcare professionals, including nurses and therapists. A secure environment with controlled access and CCTV (where appropriate).

Extra Care Housing within supported housing is designed for older adults or those with age-related care needs, offering a mix of independence and care. Supported Living within supported housing is generally for people with disabilities or long-term conditions who need support to live independently but may not require 24/7 care.
